Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please allow 2-4 business days for processing before orders ship. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.

How can I check the status of my order?

Please log in to your account to check the status of your order. If you do not have an account, please refer to your shipping confirmation email to track your order.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive confirmation. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at info@paigeandporter.com your inquiry.

My package seems to have stopped moving.

If your package stops moving at any point, it is is likely just clearing customs still on its way to you. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status. Paige and Porter is not responsible for any delays.

Can I change the shipping address?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping: Standard and Express shipping options depending on the destination country.

Shipping Delays: International orders can experience delays, please log into your account for updates or email info@paigeandpoter.com for assistance. 

Additional Fees: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Better Beauty Bae is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Order Tracking 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received confirmation of your order within 2 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@paigeandporter.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
